No Salary on Time sometimes comes on 15th or 25th of the month or sometimes no salary for 2 months. Managers and owners say work on your own laptops and take them when you go home or otherwise take laptop on EMI so that you can work here with that laptop as well as the laptop will be yours. Buttering is needed to keep your job safe.Managers get increments every 3 months but other employees get every year No Work Balance Extra Hours Work without extra pay According to managers people who are in relationships have work to maintain their relationships with girlfriends and single person has no work so he can work for company anytime. Owners and managers say some people even do not get paid but still work so work is important than salary. Owners will try to tell that they will take for International Trips from their side if company makes even Rs 1 profit but its all fake. Always compares employees with each others and creates arguments Once we reach targets they increase the targets Sometimes provide no incentives as the company is under loss Horrible Politics No proper increments No Proper Management Company Hires men more as they they do not have boundaries of time limits If the leads come on Sundays the Managers call on Sunday and ask whether we are free then work complete the leads. Managers call at midnight also and take everyone on group calls without any reason Females get lots of concessions and if a female goes after office hours then all the work is transferred to men. Men are made to work for long working hours without extra pay. They hire freshers only because freshers need experience and less salary and the managers and owners will themselves say after one year you can leave the organization and get more salary.
