Owners and managers say some people even do not get paid but still work so work is important than salary. Owners will try to tell that they will take for International Trips from their side if company makes even Rs 1 profit but its all fake. Men are made to work for long working hours without extra pay. They hire freshers only because freshers need experience and less salary and the managers and owners will themselves say after one year you can leave the organization and get more salary. Beer Party all the time, if there is party there is a lot of Alcohol. In the end they will all say we are family without any benefit of employees.
