Nothing to like. There is no option for negative marking, otherwise this company do not deserve to get a single star.

Dislikes

No work ethics. The higher Management follows dictatorship. The employees do not get their salary, they have to wait for 2-3 months for their salary. In case the employee asks for his/her salary they are directly terminated from their Employment (without any formal communication).

Nothing The work culture is chaotic and the reporting is micro managed at levels that is is difficult to explain. as much as an employees hard work and integrity is questioned, I think the integrity of the organization needs to be questioned on the contrary.

Dislikes

It is said that it is not the employer that makes and employee unhappy, its the immediate boss. But my boss was a great professional. The only person who made me believe about the company's long term goals and vision even when facts were absolutely different.

Horrible, no professional. Unethical management. Salaries are not paid till date and terminating staffs overnight without paying salaries. Please don't join. Employees are failing cases against management.
