There is no limit for the incentive, you can earn according to your work.

There are no holidays even on the weekends, there are 2 days day off in the month but even on that day you have to stay active on mail & calls & give commitment on that day. Also there is fix timing to come to the office but no timing of leaving the field or office. This is majorly field sales job.

Working environment and work culture are good. Senior is supporting sometimes. Salary and incentive are on time.

Worst HR policy. Not good for long term, Training not provided employee need to learn from senior everytime. HR just take on board. Management are good but have some discrimination among the actual staff and support staff. System, asset are worthless.

It was fantastic working with HDFC limited but 1 thing I didn't like when I was suffering from depression so my team leader and manager didn't allow me to take the leaves after having all the medical reports with ma and after having somany paid and sick leaves and even I didn't got my fnf and exprience letter

Manager does not allow weekly leave and also no leave even after working weekends so work life and personal life balance is not there and pressure is high. Even if it is an emergency work, if you don't get a holiday then what is the use of such work.
