The incentive and promotion is bad, even after you do business of more than 50-60L you are given less incentives based on the other criteria. There is no work life balance you need to reach branch by 9:10 sharp but your time to go home is not specified,sometimes during bank contest you may even go home by 12am also.The HR will neversupport you they only support the managers. Thr managers sometime fake documents to get policy get converted and you get trapped because of that and you can be terminated without any of your mistake....Read More
