I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not suitable here. Overall 10 public holidays is only available and only Sunday's is Holidays. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

I was working as a deputy manager but my reporting threw me away in 6 months for his own reference to join. Even though HR is not cooperative and favors to the management. I was jobless for couple of months having my children bread on risk all the time. HDFC is not good company anymore. The environment of HDFC life is very hygienic, here things are done keeping in mind the respect of everyone, especially for girls, there is a lot of hygiene, for now there are some rules, everyone has to follow them It is important to talk to employees while keeping in mind the sense of respect like nonsense talking and not to use any wrong words

Just like every human being has good qualities, he also has some bad qualities, similarly there are some problems, here the pressure level is high, the elder one puts pressure on the younger one, then the younger one puts pressure on the younger one and then the second one at the time of joining It is told that you have to fulfill only good team requirements for 3 months but within 1 month of joining they start putting pressure on the work and until there is a manager, they will not be able to form a proper team.
