Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not suitable here. Overall 10 public holidays is only available and only Sunday's is Holidays. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

Company is Good...But People in Management L1, L2 of Yes Bank channal they believe in chaatna...even our Vinay Jaiswal dont do Deep dive...what is happening on Ground...they listened Anand , Rakesh Garg. And Start Harresing Employee. Rakesh Garg is the worst.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.

In HDFC Life There is time to work life balance. There is no more such pressure about Targets (Depends upon L1 Manager). The brand value is easy to convert among competitors.

Salary is very low which is mentioned in payslip. Even HR also didn't know about employees salary. HR department is very week and they didn't care about employees. Very worst department in HDFC LIFE.

HDFC Life has set good criteria for promotions. If the employee achieves this criteria then he can easily get promoted every six months.

Dislikes

Due to internal politics the given criteria for promotion may not be met, no matter how capable an employee you are.

I am ex employee of hdfc life i worked there around 8 yrs and i realize that this company is only interested in making fool of there clients. There is no management. It is not employee friendly org. If u seeking job in this company then you are going to kill your future.

I work with hdfc life and bajaj is the partner of my department so kindly talk them for hdfc LI because in my area no one aware about hdfc Life even some of them dont know about our tie up with bajaj finserv limited..
