I am working in this company (ADCAT dept) for the last 2 years. Even in the period of lockdown, they allowed us to WFH without any salary deduction. Sat-Sun is compulsory off. Work-life balance. ADCAT dept has a startup environment so there is a lot of transparency. Good for freshers

Since this is not a tech company one shouldn't expect much but then too I would like to highlight a few points. Since there is no proper software development process so the quality of the project is worse. The fact is nobody cares until something crashes. No focus on best practices at all. Non-tech PM will make you laugh and sick atthe same time. Managers do not value any technical suggestions so there will be a time where one would lose hope and run along with it. 90% of projects are scrapped within a few months after development.
