They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff. everything at the organization, the level of politics, cunningness, 103% attrition in the 400 member team, think about something and that was wrong there. They say 2 days wfh but you need to come office 5 days and work on saturday too!
