One of most growing company in insurance sector I had glad to i am working in this company..The person is always something learning in day to day life. In this company I learned Relationship maintain with channel partner also our hierarchy, self motivation, integrity etc...

Job security - specially in sales... In sales there are targets to each employees... Sometimes they may not achieve targets so that does not mean he is not capable to their designation... Sometimes in business may come ups and downs...when target not achieved by employee he will be terminated after PMP... I think this thing should be change...

Compny is good but manager is very bad

I worked only 6 month but my manager narendra pawar he using abusive language on me.i have never seen such a person in my life. Because of him i quited the job. No one is there to help me. I request hdfc life to take necessary action against my manager.
