Hello team m Rishabh Rastogi from HDFC LIFE Bijnor Branch, there is a lot of pressure here for work and HDFC Life is a very good brand but there are no facilities for the employees in the office.

Here the calculation is less Here the salary is very high as compared to low and the facilities are also very less, the promotions target is very high and there are many parameters.

The environment of HDFC life is very hygienic, here things are done keeping in mind the respect of everyone, especially for girls, there is a lot of hygiene, for now there are some rules, everyone has to follow them It is important to talk to employees while keeping in mind the sense of respect like nonsense talking and not to use any wrong words

Just like every human being has good qualities, he also has some bad qualities, similarly there are some problems, here the pressure level is high, the elder one puts pressure on the younger one, then the younger one puts pressure on the younger one and then the second one at the time of joining It is told that you have to fulfill only good team requirements for 3 months but within 1 month of joining they start putting pressure on the work and until there is a manager, they will not be able to form a proper team. No work life balance. Manager do cancall even at night 8pm. They call for business even at 10pm as well and even on any holiday. They want you to work all the time and keep your family aside.

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.

Salary is very low which is mentioned in payslip. Even HR also didn't know about employees salary. HR department is very week and they didn't care about employees. Very worst department in HDFC LIFE.
