Lacks professionalism coordination, Poor training and induction, No proper office space and sitting arrangement, lack of basic facilities and infrastructure, Delay in reimbursement, Process is very slow for everything, Delay in issuance, multiple system errors, No guidance and support from seniors. Too much pressure for work, even seniors are uninformed of many things, lack of knowledge.

I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

I was working as a deputy manager but my reporting threw me away in 6 months for his own reference to join. Even though HR is not cooperative and favors to the management. I was jobless for couple of months having my children bread on risk all the time. HDFC is not good company anymore. Lots of work target pressure, any how you have to do business and lots of calling on daily basis, you have to work under your own money management, lots of travelling with no refund policy, no job security, work culture is toxic.
