The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

no leaves, so many calls, no work-life balance, entry time is strict but working hours are more than official timing, meaning less meetings after working hours, officially saturday sunday is off but also get so many calls from managers

Job security. If you work only for 3 star rating your job is secure. Training and development. Support in terms of business.

No work life balance. Manager do cancall even at night 8pm. They call for business even at 10pm as well and even on any holiday. They want you to work all the time and keep your family aside.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.
