I am on the field in bancassursnce channel. There's no pandemic support for me. Not even a local train pass. No conveyance. I understand that wfh is not possible for this job and we have to be in the bank however, the attitude of the management is that there's no pandemic.

Almost everything except for the learning. Because it's a big company there's a huge volume of business we are automatically put into position where the learning happens very quickly. I am in bancassurance channel and I dislike every other thing except learning, which am sure will go stagnant after 6months.
