I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

After performing eligible candidate did not get Promotion, no salary increment, no appreciation for good work, odd work time culture, threats everytime when one ask leave, there are lots of problem which one faces every time but no one get satisfactory solution from supervisor/management or Hdfc life team. Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not suitable here. Overall 10 public holidays is only available and only Sunday's is Holidays. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

Wrost work culture, There is full politics. Not incentive. Only business business business. Not holiday and leave. Don't join or compromise with this kind of company.

Lots of work target pressure, any how you have to do business and lots of calling on daily basis, you have to work under your own money management, lots of travelling with no refund policy, no job security, work culture is toxic.

Lacks professionalism coordination, Poor training and induction, No proper office space and sitting arrangement, lack of basic facilities and infrastructure, Delay in reimbursement, Process is very slow for everything, Delay in issuance, multiple system errors, No guidance and support from seniors. Too much pressure for work, even seniors are uninformed of many things, lack of knowledge.
