Best life insurance company with strong ethics,value system,transparency and work culture.Branding is strong where with more HNI clients the push factor for product is not there.

Dislikes

Compensation is less and travel allowance for sales visits not there so down line employees have to shell a lot out of there pocket.Growth is slow and Managers do not allow innovation .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
