Lacks professionalism coordination, Poor training and induction, No proper office space and sitting arrangement, lack of basic facilities and infrastructure, Delay in reimbursement, Process is very slow for everything, Delay in issuance, multiple system errors, No guidance and support from seniors. Too much pressure for work, even seniors are uninformed of many things, lack of knowledge.
