Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not suitable here. Overall 10 public holidays is only available and only Sunday's is Holidays. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Poor HR team in HDFC Hr team are totally messed up One Hr called you and started selling other products, like joining Sales profile and working with AU Bank We have different profiles opening there then another Hr called you schedule your interview After 8 to 10 days, she will forget if she had ever called you for any job, this happened with me twice

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

Job security. If you work only for 3 star rating your job is secure. Training and development. Support in terms of business.

No work life balance. Manager do cancall even at night 8pm. They call for business even at 10pm as well and even on any holiday. They want you to work all the time and keep your family aside.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.
