- Creat problem when you switch, create relieving issues . - CTC not as per discussion. - 3 month Notice period ,if not done no compensation AND RECOVERY. THANK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. - 5 days on paper but 6 days off record work. BOTHERATION BY MANAGER FOR TARGET TO REJECT CLAIMS.

Employee can manage his/her work life balance at this organization.

Work culture was good before a year but since last 1 year, work culture is affected with many things like profitability, Some channel/Business heads etc. Also the profitability divert management towards the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

TL show over attitude and they never listen our problems,too much of internal politics,promotion only for south employees,very less quota for north people.shift timing is very worst for everyone.

Reason for dislike is ,internal politics,promotion only for South Indian,north Indians like labour only,no opportunity will be given to the north Indian people.
