I love working here. Bosses are supportive and work environment is flexible. You are given ample space to work as per your preference.

HDFC ergo has been much more supportive than expected in Corona times. Whether supporting work from home or flexibility, the company has been a blessing in last 1 year. I never once felt or unheard or unappreciated. The team and leaders are supportive and never faced a issue with either operations or work environment
