Work culture was good before a year but since last 1 year, work culture is affected with many things like profitability, Some channel/Business heads etc. Also the profitability divert management towards the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

Work life balance in certain departments is worst. Salary hikes is bare minimum and since the management has been changed, every aspect of employees benefit and satisfaction are being cut off on the name of cost cutting.

Work pressure, less manpower, Micromanagement,Centralised work system, and since 1-2 years cost cutting in company. No incentives for processors only for sales people are here.

- Creat problem when you switch, create relieving issues . - CTC not as per discussion. - 3 month Notice period ,if not done no compensation AND RECOVERY. THANK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. - 5 days on paper but 6 days off record work. BOTHERATION BY MANAGER FOR TARGET TO REJECT CLAIMS.

The work culture is really good at HDFC ERGO. They take care of their employees and understand the critical situations. There is no pressure on employees and hence they can easily enjoy their personal lives along with the work.

The perks and salary could be better. Also they need to upgrade some tech stack.
