Before working in company you will like only training period and that also for campus placement students. Because for new joinees there is no training. Company wakes up after 6 months to give training to new joinees which is just show off.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. On the job, training is not given to new joinees, except campus placement students who are to be present in office daily for training which is online and please forget about conveyance allowance.

Well there is no much about i like but there are few things. No compulsion on time, casuals on 2 days, 30 sick leaves a year. A really good product training team. That's all the things i like

The official work week is monday to friday but we are called to worm even on Saturday and "Sunday". They can keep meeting unannounced at any time like 7 am or 11pm there is no work life balance. The branch i was in the branch manager was so biased he gave working advisors to 2 people and everyone else in the team was supposed to make a new team. The biasness doesn't end there. The ARM was one step ahead he would use harsh language to the ADMs would taunt employees for coming from a family business background The Zonal Sales Head no one gave him respect because he was so ineligible for the job. Don't know how he got hired in the first place. He would attend google meetings in vest and underwear how much unprofessional was being imparted on his part. The good employees are never given a chance there but the dumb employees who misguide the customers were given a priority a friendly behaviour because they were favourites. The branch manager had 6 new pc lying around that just needed to be setup but he never approached IT to do it. Why? He said will use them in new branch. We were 12 employees using just 3 pcs. The pc was a requirement as the whole system was based on site to issue policies and company email only worked on pc. Now coming to company level They were just denying straight forward claims just so that they could gain 10 more days as the claim had to be re-filed and it would go through all departments again. So it gave them 10 days of deferring the payment. The company would not give Commission to advisors for contests held even after 6 months straight, in some cases gifts were not given to advisors pending from last year aug.
