Dislikes

Too much work pressure. No work life balance. If u don't sit back late you won't be able to finish ur work. Sales pressure is too much. End up losing mental peace. Salary of 2 employees at same level differs a lot. Appraisal hike is equal to peanuts compared to the work

Work culture is aggressive which suits my overall persona.

Dislikes

There are optimum products & resources but people don’t use them and sometimes customers get dissatisfaction by not getting quick solution. So much of professionalism is not good sometimes.

I Rejoined the hdfc bank with an intention of working long time as I worked earlier with this bank. But after rehire I got to know about bank working culture is completely changed, now it became difficult for me to work with bank because working culture became so frustrating. I want some internal satisfaction for work which I am not finding here .

Dislikes

Management is only focusing on sales parameter and putting a lot of pressure for target which are not genuine and also using harsh language which is not acceptable.

Policies of the bank are good and employee friendly.

Dislikes

High pressure of cross sell, especially LI, HI and GI. No guidance or support from supervisor. No decision making power since you have to work like a puppet and follow the orders of your supervisor whether he or she is right or wrong. Humiliated by Cluster heads most of the time. Environment is like a pressure cooker and you can land into mental or cardiovascular diseases.
