Good project opportunities and exposure to multiple technical tools to have hands on. Good compensation and job security.

Dislikes

Too much hierarchy for arriving at decisions causing lack of decision making at lower level profiles. Also, lack of work life balance since work from home kind scenario has started.

Work life is overall stable in terms of projects assigned and credibility given. More clear picture of organisational changes or improvements can be given at earlier stage for smooth working processes.
