The company culture is not upto the mark its negative. We are not enjoying at all while working. Not happy.

poor communication , only interact with sales staff and in drives almost equally targets are given to non sales .lack of career development , excessive workload ,poor work life balance and negative culture. Due to nearest branches presence the many staff not taking instruction of customer .they are sending as telling them this work will happens in big branch. but for target they al;low to do crores business but for services this all diverting to big branch. not getting time for simple talking to family as well while working. Everything is bad, strange and toxic starting from work culture, to employer behavior till the part pertaining to target completion. Work in time is fixed but leaving time is not fixed it may extend up to 10-11 pm night

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. No backup if you are on leave. You have to start your work where you left before proceeding on leave. Always work is going in mind even though you are on leave.

It depends on which department you are working. As I am working in so & so dept. so it's like working on festivals and holidays and just getting compensatory off rather than getting paid. There is more to talk about, not expected from hdfc bank.

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.
