After merger of HDFC ltd into Bank staffs life is like more than hell. People see you as working in top bank except that there no satisfaction.

Dislikes

Culture in HDFC Bank is worse. To get rid of Internal politics you'll required atleast 1 yr. Senior don't care about you they wants business and business only. Can't say more than this. That there's no guarantee of your promotion even after 5 yrs in organisation, if you're not spacial child of senior in the chair.

Not Satisfied. Work Life and personal life. And there is no staff benifits. For simple things lot of pressures from higher authoritys.

Work Life and Office cultural. Within office politics from other staffs. Can't work long time in one branch repeatedly transferring to other branches when ever they need. Whatever they want work accordingly as managers and higher authority. And they wont give Leaves when you need and in emergency time also. I am i have peternity leave for 7days but they gave leave for 5 days. On high request they approved for 5 days only. Remain 2 days they wont agree to take. This is worrest thing. For My uncle death i asked emergency leave but he ashed me to give resignation and gave resignation and leaved the office for the day. Hdfc bank management is very bad. Because they lot of differences between junior to senior employees. Most worst thing is all ground level staff designation is SO. SO means Salas Officer but lot of people working in operations they are not related to sales but still their designation is SO.
