There is a lot of chief politics and state /Cluster level managers are doing their monopoly a lot. Absolutely it is not a good company for any career development. They are behaving like a dog and Monkey. No Holidays at all in here. All kind of holiday limited in HR policy dairy only. Here HR operate by chief politicians like cluster lever managers.

Regarding low salary, I always do best work for company and I also get 3 time promotions in this company but salary not increased properly and I also doing in this company around 3.5 years and my salary was below than labour
