Teammates & Reporting Manager are very supportive. Not so much interesting but good enough environment for work.

Dislikes

Company not improve their ground level issues. Slow career growth. Hard Policies to work.

As per HR Policy any sales manager hire new So/SSO. Then he must be live in next month's. But, as we see normally fresher can take minimum 3 months for set in market. But, company want him live after next month of join if they don't live in next month then Sales manager's insentive not paid of that month .also Salary packages of Senior employees also very low.
