Even if you fresher i would suggest to all of you please don't join in this company, from very first day you feels that you are comes in wrong place, a very stressful work environment every time you just hears target target target and target, at time of going to be home then sales person comes in the office and put the file on tablefor log in, Branch head is also pressurized to BCM that you should log in the file and also try to reco. Even the if you not comfort than also you should reco. At every branch only BM is supreme what ever even in 46 degree temperature and heavy rain fall and even your health issues they would to be pressurized to you that you want do PD and if we you didn't do PD customer will sleeps from our Deal. They just only thinking about there self and there target, target is an new mantra of this company, and assumptions of bm is marvelous on every city there has been 1000 crore business have, but you intensely did not do the business....Read More

Everything is dislike in this company even your sitting chair is also not a good condition. In this company for the Sales employees has a policy that they not perform in 3 months they provide him an exit kit, but a thinking purpose how to sales team are understood the whole process of the company in just 3 months? There bosses are just want files on each and every hours they pressurized the sales team to start there working in early morning like around 7-8 clock, just because of there poor mind thinking that the grocery stores and dairies are opens in early morning so that you grab the new business at the morning, but they don't think about the employees other properties, bosses are just thinking about their self promotion and incentives, and when the festival will has to coming up in week days like Friday or Saturday, the upper levels has introduced the Maha log in day or secure file log in day and expecting from each branch sales employee that they shall push the log in of this files, every time when Saturday has been near they told "Saturday is normal working day" but when you gone in office at Saturday they just sitting in the chair and telling jokes or discussion some silly topics but never works in this day. They just coming for timepass in Saturday's. Again I would never suggest to join in this company and when you have to decides for Join, please ask the HR to provide the Term and conditions guideline before the joining....Read More
