There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue Salary is decent but career growth is very slow .there is a HR policy for the employees every one is doing on roll job but it may differ according to their designation for benefits I dont know e.g if you are faced an accident on field during job and doctor suggest to takr one month bed rest then you are not eligible for any salary ....Read More
