i have working in hdfc bank on the payroll of hdb financial services ltd from last 2 & half years but i have not satisfied for compney policy, safety and growths for bottom sales staffs after work with very high pressure. mostly i have to work 12 to 13 hour's in a single day with late night sitting but managers do not values or appreciate of my work.
