It is a good company to start your career. Here we have to do multiple works and cross selling is must. I'm working here as a RO cum coordinator. I have learned a lot from my experience. I have a great knowledge of system and sales work and how to manage my team member to achive desire goals.

Dislikes

HDFC is a big brand but the work environment here is unprofessional. The pressure is so high , some time we have to work 14-15 hours and also on holidays . We don't get week off on 2nd and 4th saturday. Sometimes we even dont get time to have our lunch.There is no on job tranning for freshers . Growth is very slow.

There team mates of HDFC Bank behave not good, salary appraisal yearly not satisfied, yearly salary increment 200 to 500 maximum. otherwise for learning and gain experience is good for fresher and experience employee.

Dislikes

There is no growth. Late sitting is too much. We are working there 11 to 12 hours in a day. There is no refreshment and no late sitting for staff.
