It's really very good 👍. Am really very proud to be a part of HDB employee. In COVID-19🦠😷this job support too much in bad time also.. When compare to other companies job not secure.. But come to this i really happy.. They give salary in correct time in full settlement.. Am really happy

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
