Employee relations between junior to senior not interested to give any skill. Only they treated like a labour class people and at the end what the result and company system is not good means Gng where you check civil of the customer and in Delhi one HR is very bad he always like a Dictator Mr.Siddharth Talwakar always give only one word to the employee I hold your salary this type of working culture and one thing company didn't get any feedback to the employee may be junior employee is right.
