Poor technology implementation. Still dependent on age old system & process. Salary & benefits provided are lower as compared to the industry. Invests conservatively on learning & development of the work force. Rewards & recognition or other corporate events happen rarely

WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10HOURS IN A DAY. SUNDAYS ARE NOT HOLIDAY NOT EVEN OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS. WE ARE FROM SALES DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE PRESSURIZED TO VISIT COUSTOMER HOME FOR COLLECTION
