Work culture is good, work life balance is good usually depends on team. The employee monthly shares plan is very good. Free food, transportation. Lot of events both technical and social.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to similar companies. Too much process for getting small things done. Salary difference between new joinees and old timers in a similar role is very huge.

Senior management is absolute crap. Does not are about employees at all. Frequent reorganisation of the teams.

1. Work environment is good. Less politics and helpful colleagues. At least in Bangalore 2. Worked under 4 managers. All were very supportive and gave good opportunities. 3. Lot of team building activities like outings to Goa / Kerala etc. 4. Sometimes I feel food is given way too much importance here. Lots of options available. 5. Every one is very understanding. 1. Opportunity to work on more open source projects is less. No exposure to AWS cloud, we use SAP BTP here. So it gets tough to change job. 2. Many employees are leaving the company because of poor salary growth. 3. They are hiring substandard employees and letting go off good ones. It will have poor impact on future projects.
