* Job Security
* Good to start as a fresher as it is MNC
* Additional benefits like some discount on educational courses, groceries etc.
* Third party employees gets more salary bonus than full time employees.
Dislikes
* Career growth is stagnant.
* Appraisal process is very poor even if you work hard/smart it is not worthy.
* Salary is comparatively low as per work load.
* No incentives.
