There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.
No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership.
