Project managers are not cooperative to complete the day to day tasks of PMO. It has been very difficult to get each data from them each time to present it at the PMO forum. There is NO transport facility which has been a major issue for women employees. Every day calls and meetings will get extended upto 11pm where login is 10am.

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
