The politics is amazing, since the company is big and have many employees you can make a good social life apart from office.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency from the higher management. No control over employee extramarital affairs within team members. Offering less packages than competitors.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
