Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. I am very surprised to see that what kind of people especially Seniors we have in HCL who are highly responsible to destroy employee's career very effectively. I am not feeling well about talking while working with people, and they are not responding well to each other.

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Seriously a bad management, no humanity, no concern for agents, no appraisals, no incentives, no perks, no bonus, no outings, no enthusiasm, they won't even care if you are sick you are supposed to come to office faint or die and then they would accept that you are actually sick orelse you can never get sick as per them

I wish I had an option to give a rating of 0. Everyday it haunts me for joining this org. From salary appraisal/promotion to work environment and company policies -its a complete package of the worst company title to be awarded. Please do not join as you will be trapped after joining and may even start questioning your own ability to star looking outside. Cannot start they give promotions without a hike i got 1% for top rating my reportee whom i gave promotion and top rating got 26 rs in a year increment.This is a lala company trust me if you stay here for longer term you will not be able to fight inflation even.

No body interferes Because no body cares what you are doing. All depends on the client feedback.

List is huge There is no proper timeline for increment letters Every year they change the effective date of the increment Manager only listens if there is client escalation Management are super busy they dont ping back on your chats Management does not have the clear answer on any thing. They dont care if employee is satisfied or not.

Overall HCLTech is a good company considering company is having number of projects and job security. HCL is providing good environment for growth, learning with the medium of trainings and seminars. Good work-life balance :)

Overall Company policies are good and infrastructure facility also good as well.

Job security is Zero 0 it may be in my process only and magers also very hard to understand and not professional as well. When you will try to report the issues to the HR then no hearing will be there for employee.
