He is not supportive of Covid-19. After working for 2 years with him, he fired me when I ask for an increment which is due for the last 2 years. He even humiliates the office sweeper to pay her salary in covid-19. Very selfish and egoistic person. 99% of his previous employees are not satisfied to work with him. some of them scoldedhim before leaving the organization. Because of a few years of experience in banking and taxation, he was little popular on training and conducting workshops but other than that his personality and thinkings for employees are very very selfish oriented. In 5 years on this financial advisor profession, he has only 35 to 40 clients in his client base. Nearly 20 to 25 clients left him in the covid period, due to his way of management and bad impression on the client....Read More

There is no job security, no career growth, no fixed appraisal, Full of politics, Harsh himself do politics among employees, cut the salary of employees for 1 minute late in coming to the office. but never paid overtime for extra work.
