No management of timing…any time management say today do overtime 3 hour 4 hour..and no give over time office staff..and if you go 30 minutes before closing time than compny will cut your salary and if you do overtime 3 hour..but give nothing

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
