1. 5 days working, Medical benefit 2. If you are comfortable with being entirely at the service(being slave)of your manager, you may not need to adhere strictly to work hours or performance standards. In such a case, you could enjoy the benefits of working from home at your convenience, as well as receive salary increments and promotions, and take leave without prior notice

1. Office politics—if you want to survive, you need to cater to your manager. Your performance or hard work doesn’t matter. If you’re not good at your job but have the ability to please your manager, you can still enjoy the benefits of the company 2. In any situation where you report misconduct by managers or team leaders to higher authorities, they won’t pay attention and will respond with a single phrase: 'We trust our managers blindly.' The manager benefits fully from this trust and often uses it as a means to mentally harass you. 3. No skills to learn. 4. No salary hike or promotion. 5. No job security- they will kick you anytime from the office by giving 1 month salary and will threatened you to send legal notice if you complained or will not resign by on its own....Read More
