There is no job security . They haven't paid salary for me and its been 3 months. No manager.

No job security ..they follow hire and fire policy. Late monthy payment, no learning , starup with no project. Begging for funding to clients. Never join..such a waste

The team mates help each other in their weak grounds and tend to support them to the greatest extent possible. The technology they work on, though it was old, still they managed to attract a lot of customers for their application. Learning process helped me a lot to grow as a person and also as a professional in my field. Salary was not provided on time because of the fact that its a start up company. I couldn't see much of a career growth in the company because they didn't provide me with what they promised at first. Also the management of the company does not look after the employees as much as they should. E.g: They talk about innovation but when a new idea is put forward from an employee they usually turn it down with some or the other excuse...Read More

The work was exciting. Everyday was a new challenge as there was never an end to work in this company. They had something or the other work going on. So for a start it was great and I feel lucky enough to start my career as a fresher in this company
