Continuous night shifts, Weekend Work, No work life balance, The practice Managers and reporting managers mind set are sick. Ideally its not happiest minds it shud be stressful Minds. I didn't like the work culture. and had to work continuous even during my personal family issues and even when i was not well. It depends on the project which you support.

Full of office politics. BUs are have Odiya, Malli, Tamil and Hindi groups. Fighting with each other's. So no evaluation or judgement is in place for anyone. If no group backing, screw that person royally and force the guy to quit/pink slip. Never new business proposal or betterment ideas are entertained if your leader is not likingit.
