Company is cash rich. Office is at a very good location & well maintained

Dislikes

MD is non-technical and hardly understands the technical aspects & requirements of the projects. All decisions are based on the price criteria. Horrible work culture. All they want from us is to work as a coordinator or PA for MD. He is mostly interested in non technical things like procurement & logistics updates. He expects we update him daily on where the material has reached. Or the Machines or the project has been painted or not. They don't plan anything or appreciate any plan. Whatever MD says has to be completed first even if it doesn't have any urgency. Completely unstructured company. You'll survive only if you butter the MD & too management daily....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
