Working with HCPL is awesome I like the way they treated or trained me. Also helped to improve my skill of developing reaction. And solving the queries and problems occurring in plant batches .

Dislikes

Working as Executive officer since all the batches are independently Handling. Lots of pressure of batches as well simultaneously sop writing. Daily minimumly 3 to 4 batches or even more with all workups and final result reports is not possible but I have done daily completed with no complaints Iam so sorry if taunt any inconvenience But the truth fact is that they requires 2 officer but I did it with myself only. Halides chemicals is a family owned company which gives you a good working environment. The directors are supportive. Overall best experience for working.

Dislikes

The salary package is little lower side as compared to working position. No other negative points.
