Working with worker was greatful and having experience of handling of machine was also greatful.

Dislikes

Proper maintenance of machine was not done and bonding of worker and officer was not good and there correlation between them.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
