Very Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and tha management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 1year before which you cannot resign.

I struggled a bit i the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me ger a taste of different roles.

I love the fact that I'm a part of a team.. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background... I also like the employees re-hire policy here..

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
